Local Implementation Plans
The London Plan, Published by the Mayor of London in March 2016, suggests that Local Implementation Plans (LIPs) are: ‘Statutory transport plans produced by London boroughs bringing together transport proposals to implement the Mayor’s Transport Strategy at the local level.’
