Interc Lean
Offsite residential construction, Glossary of terms, published by Buildoffsite in 2018, suggests the term Interc Lean: ‘…is used in many ways, but it is mainly concerned with the identification of value from a customer’s perspective (and only providing that), eliminating waste in all forms and creating an efficient flow of work based upon the next customer in the chain. The application of Lean is accepted in most manufacturing industries. The results are evident in the step-change in product value and the improvements in product quality.’
