Infrastructure operators
Anticipate, react, recover; Resilient infrastructure systems, published by the National Infrastructure Commission in May 2020, suggests infrastructure operators are: ‘…all those owning and operating infrastructure services, systems or assets. For clarification, in the transport sector this is also intended to include train operating companies, and in the energy sector it is intended to cover all energy operators and providers, not just the electricity system operator.’
