Goods and services
Construction organisations are often identified by the goods and services that they offer.
Goods are tangible items such as plant, cranes, materials, other manufactured products.
Services are activities or duties that are rendered by one party to another, such as design, maintenance, installation, consultation, dispute resolution, and so on.
Very often, good and services can be provided alongside each other.
