Development plan scheme
A Development Plan Scheme is a document in Scotland that sets out a planning authority’s programme for preparing and reviewing its development plan. Local planning authorities are required to prepare a Development Plan Scheme every year. The Development Plan Scheme must include a Participation Statement stating when, how and with whom consultation on the plan will take place.
