The New Homes Quality Board Glossary of the terms used in the Code and Guidance, published by The New Homes Quality Board in 2021, defines after-sales service as: ‘the service provided by the Developer to resolve any Emergency Issues, Snags, Defects or Complaints during the first two years following Legal Completion.’
