Complaint
The New Homes Quality Board Glossary of the terms used in the Code and Guidance, published by The New Homes Quality Board in 2021, defines a complaint as: ‘any expression of dissatisfaction, whether oral or written, and whether justified or not, from or on behalf of a Customer about the Developer’s provision of or failure to provide a service or product ….’
