 The carbonization procedure

Once this step is complete, the burning value which can be high, means the gas is recycled to the dryer device and the furnace instead of needing to use more natural gas, wood or coal.
 The dryer within the process
Through deep carbonization processing of wood, wood chips are converted into an artificial charcoal, wood vinegar, and tar. Charcoal will be the more important product, which is used widely in various areas. In industry, this wood charcoal can be used for producing steel-covering agencies, while in agriculture it can be used for creating fertilizer or improving the soil quality. For residential use, charcoal is utilised for cooking on BBQ's. Wood vinegar and tar are commonly used as chemicals in the production of oil paint and mosquito repellant.
Additionally, charcoal that has been created from the wood chips has the potential to be processed further into shaped charcoal such as charcoal granules, charcoal balls or strip-type charcoal. Shaped charcoal has an attractive appearance and have a higher sale value.
