Wheeler
The second edition of The Dictionary of Urbanism by Rob Cowan, published in 2020, suggests that the term wheeler might refer to:
- ‘A double track of large, flat stones (often granite) laid in an otherwise cobbled or setted street or other space, providing a smooth surface for the wheels of vehicles. See stoneway.
- A cyclist.’
