Voice of the customer
Construction Quality Planning Guide, Draft for Consultation, Published by the Construction Innovation Hub in May 2020, suggests that Voice of the Customer (VoC) is: ‘The stated and unstated customer needs or requirements. This includes customer feedback (both positive and negative).’
