Value Outcome
The Value Toolkit Overview published by the Construction Innovation Hub in April 2021 defines a value outcome as: ‘The change in state or condition of the capital due to project activities, they can be positive or negative (for example, improved skills and knowledge of the individuals who took part, or in a natural capital context, improvement in biodiversity)…’
