Transport for London
The London Plan, published by the Mayor of London in March 2016, defines Transport for London (TfL) as: ‘One of the GLA (Greater London Authority) group of organisations, accountable to the Mayor, with responsibility for delivering an integrated and sustainable transport strategy for London.’
