Supply chain agreement
Project procurement and delivery guidance, Using two stage open book and supply chain collaboration, Published by HMSO in 2014, defines a supply chain agreement as: ‘…an agreement between one or more Tier 1 Contractors and a Tier 2/3 Subcontractor or Supplier describing the agreed outcomes of Supply Chain Collaboration.’
