Substantial disrepair
Housing statistics and English Housing Survey, glossary, published by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities in 2019, defines substantial disrepair as: ‘Standardised basic repair costs of more than £35/m2. Standardised repair costs measure repair costs expressed in pounds per square metre of floor area.’
