Special tenant requirement
The Rules, Energy for Offices, Version 1.0 November 2020, published by the State of NSW and Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, Australia, defines a special tenant requirement as: ‘An unusual usage of office space or office support facility (e.g., a ‘trading floor’ within an office), resulting in an increased consumption of one or more services or a requirement for additional services to achieve comfort conditions.’
