BG 78/2021, Project Information Process, written by Nick Blake and John Sands, and published by BSRIA in January 2021, in relation to the project success criteria, it states: ‘In this context, the project success criteria are the indicators of success as agreed at the final project brief stage. These may be constantly evaluated throughout the design and tender process in response to issues which may arise.’
