BG 81/2022, Soft Landings for Fit-Outs, written by Kieran Everett and James Gall and published by BSRIA in June 2022, defines the professional team as: ‘The team appointed by the client to carry out Stages 1, 2 and potentially 3 on their behalf. This team is generally, but not always, made up of:
- Project management consultancy
- Architects
- Interior designers
- Structural engineers
- Building services engineers’
