PHI Low Energy Building Standard
BG 87/2024, Useful Information Guide, written by Chin Hang “Kay” Lam and published by BSRIA in 2024, defines the PHI Low Energy Building Standard as: ‘A building standard suitable for buildings that do not quite achieve the Passive House Standard for various reasons. The requirements for the energy demand and thermal comfort are less stringent than for Passive House buildings.’
