Off the run
Code of Practice for the Provision of Premises Information Boxes in Residential Buildings, Version 1, published in December 2020 by the Fire Industry Association (FIA) and the National Fire Chiefs Council (NFCC), states an Emergency Response Pack (ERP) should include: ‘An ‘Off The Run’ notice containing details of any fire-fighting fixed installations not available for use and/or unresolved fire safety issues.’
