Negative buildings
Climate Emergency, Conservation Area Toolkit – England, published by the Architects Climate Action Network in 2022, defines negative buildings as: ‘…those that are clearly harmful to the character of the area. Their removal and redevelopment would be welcomed subject to the highest quality design.’
