Fixed Penalty Notice
Code of Practice for the Co-ordination of Street Works and Works for Road Purposes and Related Matters HAUC(England) Edition issued by HAUC (England) in September 2020, defines a Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) as: ‘A notice offering a person the opportunity of discharging any liability to conviction for a fixed penalty offence by payment of a penalty.’
