Electric vehicle charge point
Approved document S, Infrastructure for the charging of electric vehicles, published in 2021 by HM Government, defines an electric vehicle charge point as: ‘A device intended for charging a vehicle that is capable of being propelled by electrical power derived from a storage battery (or for discharging electricity stored in such a vehicle).’
