Effective Floor Area
RICS property measurement, 2nd edition, published by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in January 2018, defines Effective Floor Area (EFA) as a measurement: ‘…used in the UK for council tax banding of flats and maisonettes.’
