China Prefab House, Modular Building, Mobile House & Space Fair (PMMHF) is one of the leading expos in housing and building industry in China. Our expo is hosted by Cooperation & Integrated Building Committee of Construction Industry Sub-Council,China Council for the Promotion of International Trade & Guangdong Provincial Construction Sustainable & Prefabricated Industry Association (GDCSDA).
GDCSDA boasts 1000+ leading member enterprises, a think tank of 400+ experts, and fifteen branches. It covers an area of 50,000 square meters with 90,000 audiences and 600+ exhibitors. The total on-site signing amount at PMMHF 2025 reached a cumulative 86.6 billion RMBs. It is organized by Guangdong Grandeur International Exhibition Group.
The 16th PMMHF will be held from May 8–10, 2026, at Guangzhou Poly World Trade Center Expo. It is an essential platform for both domestic and foreign brands to expand into the Chinese market and for global buyers to do one-stop purchasing.
