Demand side response, Code of practice, Version V.1, Published by Flex Assure on 5 November 2018, defines an aggregator as: ‘…a company that contracts with individual demand sites to provide a single DSR service. Within the scope of the Code this includes a third-party company assisting a single demand site to provide DSR services as well as companies contracting with multiple demand sites.’
