Whole building approach
Heritage Building Retrofit Toolkit, published by the City of London Corporation in March 2024, states in relation to the whole building approach: ‘Best practice retrofit takes a whole building approach, where the consequence of every retrofit measure is fully understood, and the building is considered as a whole.’
