Route Map for New Home Delivery
The Housing Forum is the only cross-sector, industry-wide organisation that represents the entire housing supply chain. Its primary purpose is to encourage collaborative solutions that increase the supply and delivery of quality homes through partnership.

As part of this work, The Housing Forum set up The Housing Forum Futures Network for prospective future leaders from member organisations who are at an early and promising stage of their career development. Delegates of the Futures Network benefit from personal learning and development, mentoring, workstreams, and events participation. The programme was launched in July 2021 with the first cohort, and is now continuing with the second.

In July 2023, The Housing Forum published ‘Route Map for New Home Delivery’, written by The Housing Forum Futures Network. It is hoped it will be used as part of the induction learning process for people who are new to roles in the housing and construction sector, or who want to learn more about what happens in other parts of the construction process that they may not be involved with.
