Dilapidations claim
Dilapidations in England And Wales, 7th Edition, was published on 31 August 2016 by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), it defines a dilapidations claim as: ‘…the overall process associated with an allegation of a breach of lease/tenancy in relation to the condition and/or use of the property, typically as identified in a Schedule of Dilapidations, Quantified Demand and/or Diminution Valuation.’
