Compliance risk management information
The RIBA Passivhaus Overlay, published by the RIBA in 2022, defines compliance risk management information as: “A live document that is used to manage the status of the project and information exchanged between the design team, contractor, the Passivhaus Designer/Consultant and the Passivhaus Certifier. It includes a record of relevant change orders which may influence certification.”
