BIM for Heritage, Developing a Historic Building Information Model, published by Historic England in July 2017, defines QA/QC as: ‘The combination of Quality Assurance, the systematic process used to measure a products desired level of quality and Quality Control, the process of ensuring it meets clients expectations.’
