Private land
Urban Design Guidelines for Victoria, published by the State of Victoria (Australia) in 2016, defines private land as: ‘Land that is owned by a private person or group and kept for their exclusive use. Some privately held land is available for the public to access and use, but the land owner may control aspects of access and use…’
