Localised capacity
Anticipate, react, recover; Resilient infrastructure systems, published by the National Infrastructure Commission in May 2020, defines localised capacity as: ‘Measures that are implemented locally to the impacted asset or sub-system which provide back-up, redundancy, buffering, or additional capacity.’
