Information platform
OECD Survey on Public Procurement, Glossary of key terms, published by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in 2016, suggests that an information platform is a: ‘platform whose purpose is to display and enable for access to information without interaction with the system whereas transactional platform allows for interaction with the system.’
