Immediate works
Code of Practice for the Co-ordination of Street Works and Works for Road Purposes and Related Matters HAUC(England) Edition issued by HAUC (England) in September 2020, defines immediate works (or immediate activities) as: ‘either Emergency works as defined in NRSWA Section 52, or Urgent works as defined in The Street Works (Registers, Notices, Directions and Designations) (England) Regulations 2007’
