BG 79/2020 Handover Information and O&M Manuals, written by Nick Blake and published by BSRIA in August 2020, states: ‘Health Technical Memoranda (HTM) give comprehensive advice and guidance on the design, installation and operation of specialised building and engineering technology used in the delivery of healthcare in the UK. Where the term HTM is used in this guide, it is taken to also include SHTMs, which apply only to Scotland, WHTMs, which apply only to Wales and NIHTMs, which apply only to Northern Ireland.’
