Frontage
Urban Design Guidelines for Victoria, published by The State of Victoria Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning in 2017 suggests that frontage (or front lot line) refers to: ‘The property boundary that abuts the street. If a property abuts two or more streets, it is the boundary the building or proposed building faces.’
