Fire fatalities in Scotland and recommendations to help reduce them - Final Phase: Review of Fire Investigation reports, written by Raman Chagger and published by BRE in 2020, defines fire fatalities as: ‘…those fire incidents attended by Fire and Rescue Services that resulted in a fatality due to the fire or products of the fire.’
