Cultural quarter
The London Plan, Published by the Mayor of London in March 2016, suggests that cultural quarters are: ‘Areas where a critical mass of cultural activities and related uses are emerging, usually in historic or interesting environments, are to be designated as Cultural Quarters. They can contribute to urban regeneration.’
