Construction logistics plan
A Construction Logistics Plan (CLP): ‘…provides the framework for understanding and managing construction vehicle activity into and out of a proposed development and gives the planning authority an overview of the expected logistics activity during the construction programme.
- Outline CLP accompanies the planning application
- Detailed CLP is submitted to a planning authority at the post-granted discharge of conditions stage’
