Arms Length Management Organisation
The Charter for Social Housing Residents, Social Housing White Paper, published by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) in November 2020, defines an Arms Length Management Organisation as: ‘an organisation that provides and/or manages housing on behalf of a local authority on a not-for-profit basis.’
