Area for intensification
The London Plan, Published by the Mayor of London in March 2016, defines areas for intensification as: ‘Areas that have significant potential for increases in residential, employment and other uses through development of sites at higher densities with more mixed and intensive use but at a level below that which can be achieved in the Opportunity Areas.’
