Anti-social behaviour
The Charter for Social Housing Residents, Social Housing White Paper, published by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) in November 2020, defines anti-social behaviour as: ‘conduct that has caused, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to a person, or conduct capable of causing housing-related nuisance or annoyance to any person.’
