She has a particular interest in the aftercare provided to building occupiers following the handover of a building and creates informative home and building user guides for this purpose.
Zeta joined Hodkinson Consultancy as an Environmental Specialist in 2014, previously having gained solid experience working on a wide range of BREEAM assessments, including the 2008, 2011 and 2014 BREEAM scheme versions. Other areas of expertise include inclusive access, production of O&M manuals, secured by design and travel plans.
Zeta is an Associate member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment and is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Environmentalist.
