In addition, Steve produces organisational maturity assessments and change plans to strengthen strategic focus and operational performance.
Steve delivers the Chartered Membership Programme (CMP) for the CIOB and sits on the CIOB Professional Review Membership Panel.
He also provides management consultancy and training for the MOD.
