How do we keep investors interested in UK property?
Tax incentives for landlords of Uk property.
Overseas investors still pay the 20% rental income tax, as it is an income produced in the UK, but UK landlords have a tax incentive, reducing rental incoem tax to 15%. This would increase the competition in the market, introducing more UK investors, especially after a time of such economic concern. It would make UK investors more likely to start putting their money back into property.
