Strategic Policy Statement
Anticipate, react, recover; Resilient infrastructure systems, published by the National Infrastructure Commission in May 2020, defines a Strategic Policy Statement as: ‘A published statement setting out the government’s strategic priorities and objectives for a regulator. They are designed to provide a clear strategic context in which independent economic regulators, customers and investors can take informed decisions.’
