Project attributes and project values
ICMS: Global Consistency in Presenting Construction Life Cycle Costs and Carbon Emissions, 3rd edition, November 2021, published by the ICMS (International Cost Management Standard) Coalition, states in relation to project attributes and project values: ‘Attributes being the principal characteristics of a Project or Sub-Project relating to time, cost, the scope of works, design, quality, quantity, procurement, location and other contextual features that might impact its life cycle cost. Values being standard set of descriptions and/or measurements for each of the Project Attributes.’
