Options framework filter
Guide to developing the project business case, Better business cases: for better outcomes, published by HM Treasury in 2018, defines the options framework filter as: ‘A systematic framework for the generation of a wide range of possible options (the ‘long-list’) and the filtering of a few possible options for a shortlist and identification of the preferred way forward (Flanagan, JC (2006).’
