Notice to complete
The New Homes Quality Board Glossary of the terms used in the Code and Guidance, published by The New Homes Quality Board in 2021, defines the notice to complete as: ‘the formal notice from the Developer to inform a Customer of the date that the new home will be ready for Legal Completion and occupation.’
