Nominal price
The Green Book, Central Government Guidance On Appraisal And Evaluation, Published by HM Treasury in 2020, suggests nominal price: ‘…refers to prices that include inflation they are the actual prices that are paid, or which it is expected will be paid in the future, this is the same price base as is used for public sector budgets.’
